November 17–18 – we’re taking a short break to celebrate Latvia’s national holidays
On other days, operations continue as usual.
Shipments to the USA continue; however, some parcels may experience delays due to US customs procedures.
This is related to new import requirements and FDA (Food and Drug Administration) regulations.
To avoid delays:
provide complete and accurate details on the commercial invoice (exact product description, country of origin, value and quantity, HS/HTSUS codes)
always include the recipient’s email address and phone number so customs or the courier can get in touch if needed
Our team is monitoring the situation and will assist with documentation or additional information when necessary.
