What is SutigudriPRO?

SutigudriPRO section is created to facilitate the filing an application for orders and management, as well as to be able to make account replenishment and postpaid billing management.

How to register?

 


For registration:
1) You have to press on the button register, on the right of the page;
2) You need to enter all required data;
3) After entering the data, to your e-mail address will be sent a link, that you will have to accept.
4) After approval of link, with saved e-mail and password, log sutigudriPRO by clicking on the green arrow.

 

How to use Sutigudri​PRO?

 

To handle with sutigudriPRO you must use two menus:


1) The first menu is designed so that you can:
- open the main menu, click on "Profile";
- fill up sutigudriPRO account by clicking on "Fill up Account";
- finish work by clicking on the "End Session".
 
2) The second main menu is intended to:
- make orders by clicking on the "Make Order";
- view archive and order status by clicking the "Order archive";
- save and manage addresses by clicking on the "Address Book";
- change the saved data, click on "Account Settings";
- fill up sutigudriPRO account by clicking on the "Fill up Account";
- get information about sutigudriPRO by clicking on "sutigudriPRO".
 

How to make orders on sutigudriPRO?

1. Step. Enter shipment parameters and choose a service

 

To make an order you have to enter direction and weight in our calculator on the right side of the webpage and press "CALCULATE PRICE".

After entering you parcel data, please choose one of courier services offered. Pay attention does your chosen partner require a printer to label parcels.

2. Step. Enter order data

To create an order, you must enter the collection and delivery address information,  also the value of the consignment and the content description.


 

3. Step. Data verification and payment

Make sure that all the entered information is correct, check all Suti gudri terms and choose the most suitable payment method and click on the "Make Payment".

We offer 3 different payment methods:
• Payment by credit card
• Payment by PayPal 
• Payment by bank transfer, if you choose this method of payment order will be processed only after the money transfer is cleared
• Post-pay-only for customers who have a contract.

 

4. Step. Prepare your shipments and wait for your courier

After the payment, you will receive a confirmation email and receipt. If you have chosen a service that will require a printer, our customer service within 30 minutes, after creating an order, will send the shipment label sticker, which you will have print and attach to the shipment in a visible place. Make sure that your shipment is properly packed and wait for the courier!
